Join Master Yoga Instructor Allison Lindquist Cross ERYT500,CHLC, CFDS in a life awakening workshop. When one truly understands thyself (both the physical body and the disposition of their internal self) along with their purpose, a profound sense of wisdom and clarity will penetrate into a life that feels grounded and calm. You will learn how yoga works both on and off the mat and forever view yourself with Awe and Ease!
In Part I of the workshop you will learn about your internal subtle body ingredients that cumulate and create your personal internal disposition (Dosha), as well as learn how you contain a specific and unique purpose (Dharma). In addition, we will examine old memories, thoughts, feelings, and definitions that have systematically developed and embedded into your mental database (Samkaras and Chakras) and determine their viable use in your lifestyle today. The wisdom you gain will be both inspirational and liberating. No more living your life how society tells you to, instead you will live with simple ease because it’s the way you were supposed to live it!
In Part II of the workshop we will study and fully understand the physical anatomy of our body (muscular skeletal system, endocrine system, connective tissues and central nervous system), as well as learn how the practice of yoga works. You will understand which muscles are strength, which are length, what is core, how do we treat the imbalances and how we should perform in accordance to our specific body. Once you understand the simplicity of your body, you won’t have to push so hard to feel good!

Inside the pages of the Bhagavad Gita, our humble warrior Arjuana is granted the opportunity to ask all the questions we want to know. His universal fears, worries, innocence and bravery we all feel as a human being connects us to this story. And when we pause long enough to listen to the lessons provided, we ground ourselves back into a life that is simple, less chaotic and liberating.

How the Practice of Yoga Works
How does this ancient practice balance the physical body, cleanse the mind of excess chatter and bring you closer to the sensation of a Divine force within? Join Master Instructor Allison Lindquist Cross ERYT500,CHLC,CFDS in both an educational and spiritual workshop, where you will understand the purpose of the physical body movements of the practice, as well as how to allow the mind and soul into the interior of the practice. Participants will fully understand how the practice can not only change our bodies, but also our mind, perceptions and ineffective belief systems. Terminology used in the practice will be understood (prakriti, purusha, vinyasa, static, muscular skeletal, chakras, guanas, samskaras and doshas), as well as how they are woven together to create yoga. The workshop includes two hours of lecture and a physical yoga class that will feel like a spiritual cleansing of your entire being!

Candlelight Yoga And Meditation
This is an EXPERIENCE! The class is a slow and methodical flow with meditation woven into the postures and movements. Flowing from the practice of concentration, moved to single mind focus upon divine, into the sensation of fully immersing into a meditative stance. The movement/asana portion is one hour. The class closes with a 30 minute guided meditation that delivers pure bliss.

Anatomy Posture Workshop
You have found a practice you love! Now you want to know all about the movement, what the terminology means, how to truly enter a posture, perform it efficiently and exit the posture gracefully. When you understand the Anatomy you will understand how to perform in practice to restore balance. You will learn how imbalances are created and how to avoid receiving more. You will learn exactly which muscles to engage, the correct alignment and all the benefits of the posture performed. In this workshop you will have time to explore the alignment, understand your body and how to benefit fully in your practice. Our physical bodies gradually develop externally as we grow, and in addition we move through developmental stages mentally, emotionally and spiritually as we age. Every seven years, since birth, our mental and emotional self has been developing and defining crucial internal navigation systems, such as how we define security, pleasures, purpose, love, communication, wisdom and spiritual connection. Cognitively we may have parts of ourselves that are performing quite successfully, however other parts of our self may be outdated, a collection of mis-information, or no longer useful in our current state. These developmental stages can be examined and re-defined, allowing freedom and release of old traumas. In addition, ineffective beliefs, definitions, thoughts, opinions and feelings can be re-defined in order to breathe easier in your life today. Join Master Teacher Allison Lindquist Cross in a workshop that goes way beyond the average study of the Chakras and deeper into their purpose and power. The Chakra System was brought to the American Psychological Board by Carl Jung in 1932 and should be studied beyond a New Age System, as a powerful mental health tool of education and explanation of consciousness.

Yoga is a proven way to reduce anxiety, increase focus, improve physical and mental health in children. Learning how to breathe is a life changer – quite literally. With technology on the rise, children are now in an epidemic! A poor posture epidemic that is affecting their ability to breathe correctly, and this is directly influencing the Central Nervous System (our system that regulates stress, anxiety, worry, depression and/or lack of passion). When children learn to balance their own bodies (along with proper use of respiration system), they learn how to balance their thoughts, feelings, emotions, and life. Classes are both purposeful and fun. Filled with games, movements, “kindness” lessons, breathwork and meditation.

Do you want to know more about the practice you love? Do you want to know the terminology, the sanskrit terms, the anatomy words, as well as the doctrines that are followed? Do you want to know how a posture should be aligned, how it should be performed/modified/entered/exited or why it is practiced in a certain sequence? Do you want to know the meanings behind the songs, the mantras, the stories, the history of it all? Yet……you do not want to commit to a teacher training program because it is too long, too expensive or you have no interest to even teach. Then the yoga training experience is for you. Eight four hour Courses (History, Sutras, Chakras, Postures, Sequence, Pranayama, Mantra, Meditation) will enhance your knowledge, change how you practice, and increase your wisdom tri-fold. You can become a master of your practice without being a teacher.

You will love diving deeper into your personal passion while enhancing your knowledge and faith.

As a studio owner you may desire operating your own yoga school, however you have realized it is difficult running both a successful studio and school. Not to mention, the time and effort required to cultivate the right curriculum, material, textbook and afford the right instructors. The Yatra Center, Led by Allison Lindquist Cross, may be the right direction for you and your studio. As a “no wall” center, Allison has created a School that can be accessed by many yoga students, studios and teachers while not promoting a singular yoga studio. There are a few ways ( see below) you can now train your own students to become yoga instructors, while creating loyalty and more dedicated clients at your own studio. As well as receiving revenue from a school without the operation of a school.
Allison can offer the entire training at your studio with a 70/30 revenue split. You can increase your revenue, without increasing your efforts.
Allison can offer the lecture portion of the training and you can assist teach the Hatha Yoga Portion. Diving the 10 modules by half, creating a 50/50 split. Students will become RYT (Certified Yoga alliance yoga instructors) through The Yatra Center and you can cultivate the style of teacher you desire. *Instructors partnering to teach the training, will need to “Train to be a Trainer” with Allison and become an approved trainer with yoga alliance.
